Terms & conditions

Effective Date: August 16, 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to delivery and courier services provided by Triple Force Logistic LLC (“Triple Force Logistic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting or purchasing our services, the customer agrees to the following terms.

1. Service Requests

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery addresses, contact information, package details, requested delivery times, and any special instructions necessary to complete the delivery.

2. Pricing & Additional Charges

Quotes and estimated charges are based on the information provided at the time of the request. Final charges may change due to actual mileage, tolls, parking fees, wait time, additional stops, after-hours service, changes in delivery requirements, or other circumstances affecting the requested service.

3. Pickup & Delivery Times

Triple Force Logistic will make reasonable efforts to meet requested pickup and delivery times. Delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, facility delays, incorrect information, emergencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for ensuring that items are properly packaged, labeled, prepared for transportation, and legally permitted to be transported. The customer must disclose any special handling, temperature, security, or delivery requirements before service begins.

5. Restricted or Undisclosed Items

Triple Force Logistic reserves the right to refuse any shipment that is unsafe, illegal, improperly packaged, inaccurately described, or outside the scope of the services we provide.

6. Recipient Availability

The customer is responsible for providing accurate recipient information and ensuring that an authorized person is available when required. Additional charges may apply for excessive wait time, unsuccessful delivery attempts, address corrections, returns, or redelivery.

7. Cancellations & Changes

Customers should notify Triple Force Logistic as soon as possible of cancellations or changes. Charges may apply when a driver has already been dispatched, arrived at the pickup location, or begun performing the requested service.

8. Loss or Damage

Customers should promptly report any claimed loss or damage. Responsibility for loss or damage will be determined based on the circumstances of the delivery and applicable law. Triple Force Logistic is not responsible for loss or damage caused by inadequate packaging, inaccurate customer instructions, prohibited contents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Proof of Delivery

Where applicable, delivery completion may be documented through a signature, recipient name, photograph, electronic confirmation, timestamp, or other proof-of-delivery method.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Triple Force Logistic reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue a service request when necessary for safety, legal compliance, nonpayment, inaccurate information, or circumstances that prevent the service from being performed reasonably.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a delivery request or purchasing courier services from Triple Force Logistic LLC, the customer confirms that the information provided is accurate and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
